As a trade ok. Would want more private though. Why the E46, Derek? 328i is a fine piece of kit, but why you buying it in lieu of such a lovely Zed? Need more space? More power? Sorry to see it go fella. One less 2.0 - and we're already fewer in numbers on the forum. Glad Mick's wife is keeping her ...

They didnt want to pay for it from the dealer. Wanted the bargain basically. They were horrified when I asked for £200 more than the dealer offered me in trade value £9000 for my trade so £9200 for them. My car is in pristine condition. 2.0 44k W Reg, CD changer, electric seats. M Pack wheel and gea...

Car park Dents
I find the Z3 quite susceptible to car park dings on the door panels from careless wallies opening the door into other peoples cars. I guess all Zed owners must suffer from this as there is no protector sills on the cars. Any advice on how to go about popping the dents out?? I have 3-4 dents varying...

got done near xmas paid the £60 and took the 6 points.
ive heard people saying you should take it straight to your lawyer and have them deal with it as often there is a loophole to get through.
is this still possible after paying the fine?

Anyone looking to pick up a 1.9 Z3? Just saw this one on the autotrader website, this is the garage i got my Z from last year, and I would highly reccoment them. No offence mate but I've just seen a 2001 2.2 Z3 sell at harry fairbairns BMW for just over £11k. Not a sport but like yours has all the options, black metallic with carnival red leather. I bought my 2000 W 2.0 Z3 with all the same options you mentioned for £10k in a private sale this time last year...

Residual Values
Is it my imagination or are the resale values on the Z3 better than the "bombproof" residuals of the 3 series. For the money I paid for my Z I could have had a year younger 320 SE with a higher list price from new. Whats the main reason for this and is resale value something that concerns ...
