I'd be looking to get the rear window replaced if you want to achieve the best price for the car.

TBH, it's the only thing putting me off. With a young family I'd not get time to have it sorted out myself so would rather pay a bit more for a car that is ready to go.

An OGII S54 came up about 2 years ago in Southampton, i actually viewed it and it looked tidy. As far as I remember it stayed for sale for months and sold very cheap because of the color! keep your eyes open, i'm sure one will come up eventually Yes I looked at that one too. Nice car M 30 RAX IIRC

Coil pack could be cause of misfire. They can stamp the service book retrospectively, no problems with that. The service book you get may be marked 'duplicate'. Personally I would find another Z4. Just back from the Indi who checked the 'Z' over and under. I asked about the boot floor/diff bracket problem and he had seen a few, mostly 'M's and never an automatic. Cotswold BMW are doing special offers at present on Insp I and II, but now that I look at the advert in Total BMW magazine they are not that special at 600 for Insp I!!

(E46 M3 but same engine)

I have a BMW radio cassette player for a Z3

Any normal sized CD player will fit however, you don't necessarily need a BMW OEM one, unless you are after that 'original equipment' look

They can be quite a bit cheaper out of season, that is convertibles for you I guess.

I will put 12 months MoT on it once it stops raining this week and amend the advert accordingly.
