Had all yesterday haggling with the dealer but getting no further forward. They're not prepared to move on the price of the 3.0, or offer me anything extra in the way of compensation. Despite it being a lovely car in the colour I want I can't justify it, otherwise I would've ordered a 3.0 in the fir...

Thanks Phooto Been thinking a lot about the 3.0. In effect they're actually offering me nothing more than 1% (about £300) as compensation. I got 7% discount on my 2.5 order. They're only offering me 8% on the 3.0 now. If I'd originally ordered the 3.0, I would have got 7% anyway. I'm VERY tempted by...

There was an order signed but there are no 'terms and conditions' on my copy, so I don't really know what fallout there will be from cancelling. Had a meeting with the salesman and his manager today. They confirmed the production of 6cyl models is on hold until the end of the year. They offered me a 3.0 toledo blue, which does have some of my options as standard but not some of the others I put on my 2.5, at a 'cost price' discount. They've ...

Black Z3's M8 Glasgow Saturday
Spotted on the M8 eastbound between the airport and clyde tunnel turn offs about 1pm on Saturday 30th July. Black Z3 T-reg. I'd be certain it's the same one, did have a very large spoiler. There CAN'T be two like that in and around Paisley. Has the 'testarosa' style mods on the front wings too.
