zroadster.net future, copyright and other issues

There's been a lot of discussion on this board in the last couple of weeks over the problems with the site and whilst I have already apologised for the breakdown in service, I do so again here. Although I have not made a public post about the future, in the mods subforum area I have outlined five di...

Many thanks for those who have made payments in the last few days to help support the site, but following loads of negative posts I have decided to place the request on hold and return those contributions already received. Mank thanks to those guys and gals who have helped support the site over the ...

Please help support zroadster.net through sponsorship

Abject apologies for the site downtime. The fault might be mine as although I had told the hosting company of my change of address and email, I hadn't updated the admin file. So consequently invoices and statements went into the ether. ** EDIT: many thanks for those who made payments to help support...

Many thanks guys. Finally agreed the account today with Active 24.

Will now start looking at what we do for future hosting. I'm looking to move to another forum system which will make it easier to accept advertising to help defray costs.

Many, many thanks for the contributions which are now over £500.

Active24 are messing around and I still haven't yet come to an agreement with them but if there is an excess from contributions it will go towards future funding.

Call for site funding

Given the problems we've experienced with hackers, the plan is to migrate the forum to another format, either the later version of pbpBB, or alternatively VBulletin which is something I would need to buy a licence for. In the meantime I've been hit with a bill from the ISP (Active 24) for over £1100...

The motorway tolls can add up so ideally you want to keep to the free sections of motorways and the motorway-standard dual carriageways. The A16 motorway from Calais as far as Boulogne is free. To avoid going miles on really slow roads--there's nothing worse than getting bogged down at the beginning...
