Z3 Car Alarm Fault

Have a 2002 Z3 and have an issue with the alarm going off intermittently after car is locked. Alarm will sound for about 30 secs and then re-set. Had similar issue 3 years ago and took it into a Main Dealer and took two days of fault finding. Issue was finally traced back to tilt alarm.... Looks lik...

Just been away for a couple of days and interested to read your responses to my initial question.

..I would never have dreamt that pressing the DSC would actually turn it OFF but I understand the logic now...

Cheers.

Dsc

I've been pondering this for a few days now guys and would like some help! :? I was driving on some fairly icy roads the other day, early morning, and felt the car a bit skiddy and lose grip in places even though I was driving at a conservative speed. I thought I would try the DSC for the first time...

When you say that "any gauges of the same size will fit" what other gauges are there I could choose from then?

2 Grand! I'll say it's cheap! - if only!! What's with the "Consumer price: £4995.00" further down the page??? - Bit odd.

I'd love another Z to mess about with but I think my other half wouldn't speak to me again if I came home with another one!

Please pardon my ignorance but am just curious to know what the 3 dials are, which are sited just below the heater dials in the central console if you don't mind explaining, as I've only got a clock there in my Z3...

Shell Z3 Model Promo

I went to fill up this afternoon at my local Shell garage and noticed they have a promotion on at the moment of little models of 007's cars. There's a Z3 in Atlanta Blue. Of course, I had to have one! Only £2.49 and quite nicely made for the price... Just thought I'd mention it as I hadn't seen them...
