Get yourself a CTEK charger, I have mine connected via the cigarette lighter and it maintains the battery.

It's alot less hassle than removing the battery. :)

Just fitted one myself last week, it certainly makes a deeper sound around 4000-5000 revs and personally I think my car feels more responsive at these revs, nice mod :thumb: :drive

Bought the xs3600 for the old man's Xmas present and he is very happy with it, obviously it can maintain larger batteries. Also I got mine off ebay which worked out cheaper than Halfords. I think it was £42 plus £4 p&p. :)
