Re: BLACK Z3 3.0 45000 for sale

Car is back up for sale as I am now permanently in Bangkok since 02/Aug. Would love to ship the car, but circa 300% import duty on the original value is just too much. Such a shame as its 22:20 now and its still 27 degrees ! I know its a bad time of year to sell in the UK, but its just sat in my par...

I will take some pics of the front splitter and wheels later today. The paint is only wearing badly on the front splitter, the rest of the car is lovely. Here is a picture from a few months back, you can see the white mark on the front lower bumper. I will get a better picture later. You can tell it...

My Z3 apparently had a whole new gearbox fitted in the first year of its life because the original owner complained of a very sticky and notchy gearbox. I have to say that mine is as smooth as a babies bum, so whatever BMW did it has fixed it. Although I do have a squeaky clutch slave cylinder :x .

Re: Finally ABS/ASC light issue fixed !

So you just might want to ask your Indy why your Z3 was failed on the ABS? I asked and they said the rules had changed. I had read the rules the same as you have described. the MOT was performed on 20th April so was passed this bedding in period and I couldn't be arsed arguing with the tester as he...

Finally ABS/ASC light issue fixed !

So my story began just over a year ago. I was driving along and my ABS + DSC light come on for no apparent reason. They stayed on until I parked and used the car again clearing themselves after a few minutes. I took my car for an MOT and get an advisory that the ABS/DSC lights are on. It passes as t...

Fantastic.. and you are only in Wokingham.
I work in Bracknell, so could arrange a swap over during a lunch break ?

Doesn't take long to fit to be drivable, but adjusting to your car could take 30 mins. Up to you though.

I am in Bracknell all week. Will give you my Tele No on PM.

For sale is my fairly rare and very unused CDA air filter for a Z3 3.0 Original retail price is about £200 as I recall. http://www.bmcairfilters.com/carbon-dynamic-airbox_prd_pr3_4_1.aspx I say unused as I fitted it for a few months, but preferred the more sedate sound of the stock airbox.
