The bracket is used on at least some models as I have it fitted on my 1998 M Coupe, it attaches to the front bumper shock absorber and the two separate horns are bolted to it. I don't remember the carpet being like that when I saw the car back in 2009 so it may just be a similar M Roadster but I will try and find the original picture and see if it shows the number plate.
Makes sense about cutting the carpet around the heater I will probably do the same.

Enjoying the thread, did you leave the heater in place and just trim round it to fit the replacement carpet - looking to replace mine and don't really want to remove the heater. I saw what I think may have been this car at a show in 2009 at Tatton Park but it had different wheels and small extension...

On the UK spec ZM cars the mirror is manually dimmed and you use the "nose" part to turn and dim the mirror

I have one of these kits fitted to my M Coupe and it does make a difference, I have just read the installation instructions and you wont need to remove the prop or exhaust (although it must be a lot easier with them out of the way) also I have bought the 2.2 Ltr version as I wanted a replacement gea...

The A/C switches are not back lit so they only light up when the button/s are pressed, the switch I have is in very good condition with no cracking to the buttons.

The later air con switch doesn't light up like the other switches but the buttons themselves light when pressed (if that makes sense)

you get a rear clamp with genuine ACS pedals as pictured in the fitting instructions (part number 2)
but just bolts with the fakes.

I have a pair of RHD Z3M mirrors for sale in estoril blue, no motors or wiring but the mirror units and heated original glass , (if fitting to a non M Z3 you can use your original motors etc) they are in very good condition with one base having a 5mm paint blister. £210. including Uk courier deliver...

genuine AC Schnitzer pedals come with fixing brackets for the brake and clutch pedals which clamp the acs parts to the original pedals, copies only tend to be supplied with the small fixing bolts.
