Re: Z3 business cd 43
Regular alcohol will damage the lens further, or leave a deposit, which could make matters worse.
Just do a search on eBay for BMW business cd & you will see a huge variety of them, you are bound to find the correct model for your car. I think it’s CD43??

Re: Z3 business cd 43
I would recommend that you first try a commercially available CD lens cleaning disk, but if that doesn’t work, get some isopropyl alcohol & very gently clean the lens with a cotton bud dipped in that. Are the cds you’re using copies or originals? Some copies aren’t always read properly by these ...

Scratch that, just had a look on the website and the ones which sit on the seats look awful! don't want to fit roll hoops if I can help it. Not sure I understand? The roll hoops were standard equipment starting on the 1998 models, so your car should have them. If for some reason it doesn't, your only options are to buy after market roll hoops, and get a wind deflector that mounts onto it, or get this wind deflector from Windblox that w...

Yes, it's totally safe to use a battery conditioner through your cigar socket. I've been doing it with a CTEK conditioner for years. I wouldn't recommend (or think it's safe) to use a standard battery charger like that though, as the current wouldn't be smoothed or regulated enough & could cause...
