Hi Robert nice to see you again, thanks for the welcome Tim, can't pick it up now till Friday, just had a panic! phoned insurance to change from the Porsche to the Z4 for tomorrow's pick up to be told it has to have a 'Tracker System' fitted or I'm not covered for theft..... :o so quick dash to deal...

Not new to the Forum, had a '98 Z3 2.8 which I sold to a member on here (DeltaDave I think it was) a couple of years ago, had a E46 330 Sport Vert after that and this year a Porsche Cayman S 3.4 and a Boxster S 3.2, tomorrow I pick up a Z4 35is S Drive DCT (335bhp) in white\red leather and 19" ...

Blimey I've had so many cars but the one I really did like was a 1979 Vauxhall Royale 2.8 Saloon Auto, great cruiser, also a Rover 3500S V8 (2000 shape) I had happy days in.

Just bought a 330 Ci Sport Convertible, it has a TV in it which is an anologue TV is it possible to convert it to Digital as in our area we go Digital from 7th September!

I wondered that when I had the wheels off, they have balanced the inner rims the same way, must have been done from new as they are the original tyres.

Found a dealer with a nice looking E46 Ci i'm interested in who also happens to have a Z3 2.0 '99 with 50k looks tidy but they all do in the photo's they are asking £4999 for it be interesting to see what they offer me :cry:

Thanks for replies and suggestions, will check out the options first, it had been playing up for a bit of time but usually cured itself, the other locks work fine, will check wiring in boot first.

Looks like I have the standard problem as the nearside doorlock actuator has stopped working, I have read how to replace it in the knowledge base (very useful info ta) and that's not a problem, my question is, should I go ahead and get a replacement now or is there any mileage in waiting till I have...
