I am running 914's all round, great tyres, reduces tram lining on my car ( but i don't not have big wheels )

as for Flaken tyres i have them on :

x4 on the z3

x4 on the Volvo

x4 on the Triumph

x4 on my work van

so you could say i am well happy with them.

Sounds as if the trimmer is touting for more work, should be an easy job for him to restitch the zip.

I have mine tucked below the mirror you can easily route the wires to that location

no matter where you put it when you have the roof down, they are useless , i have tried it all over the place

and ended up putting it back under the mirror because it is the best place with the hood up.
