I'm not sure the 'sports seats are worth having' though...I avoided Sports models because I just don't like the look of them/the interior, especially some of the two tone colour combinations. This isn't said to annoy Sport owners, but just my honest opinion as I prefer the plain black seats/interior...

When you said the interior still needs work I wasn't expecting it to look as good as that...it looks more than acceptable to me.

I'd leave the chrome side grilles off though; IMHO they make it look cheap and ironically they are anything but.

Six months tax...I put the hard top on for winter and I don't really enjoy driving it with it on, so no point taxing it to sit on the drive. Probably be spending a bit on parts and a service now the better weather is here.

no error codes relating to this part. It won't give an error code - it's a sudden mechanical failure. But do bear in mind that the reason you haven't heard of this problem is that it is very uncommon, so I wouldn't panic unnecessarily.
