I made a front grill up from black aluminium mesh and some rubber beading, then secured it to the original horizontal plastic strips.

Re: Soft Top Protector Covers
I was interested, I wanted something to put over the roof when the car was out in the sun. Partly to stop the leather getting dryed out and shrinking and partly so we weren't getting into an oven for a drive home. But the post above regarding the magnetic strip sticking to and marking the paintwork...

New Fog Lights
Just fitted a new pair of projector fog lights with in-built led`s as per photo.Great fit except a slight mod required on the main lamp connectors,on the original, the 2 male pins are offset from centre by about 2mm(typical bmw) whereas the new ones are centred in the housing.Purchased from the stat...

Re: Z3 roadster rear window
230 pounds sounds pretty good from a bmw dealer,I just paid $280 plus $50 postage for a genuine one from a guy in the states.A bmw dealer over there wanted $320,Pelican parts wanted $320 plus $180 postage (sent flat I think). Here in Aussie the dealer wants about $700. The bit about the hood shrinkin...

Re: supercharging 2.2l Z3
Finally have the supercharger fitted and runs like a dream, not had it dyno`d but certainly feels like the 50% increase in torque/power that ESS claim.Very happy with the quality and fitment of their gear.Won`t recoup the cost but great way to drive.

Rear window beading
As our summers are long and hot in W.A. I left my top down for a couple of months, more or less full time.I recently noticed the canvas coming out of the beading at one corner and when I went to slip it back in,the beading lifted off the window.(I reckon its 10yrs old)I`m now in the process of orderi...
