Re: ABS light turns on during driving
Thank you for your detailed reply. I found an ABS repair shop in UK, if the problem is the ABS unit (i haven't visited my garage yet) i will send it there. Do you know if the car can move without the ABS main unit or it has to stay in my mechanic's shop for all those days?

ABS light turns on during driving
Hi, I have this issue i used to have it again about 7-8 years ago and again 2-3 years ago, so i will try to take the story from the top. About 7-8 years ago i started having an issue with the ABS light coming on and staying on. I visited my garage shop and in the process of troubleshooting the probl...

What parts do i need for engine swap
Hi! Can anyone tell me what parts exactly do i need to swap an M43/44 to a M52B28? What i mean is, i have my M43 in a very good condition although it's a 1996 model. Almost all the engine parts i replaced over the years are new and OEM, so i wanted to ask, if i wanna do an engine swap, do i have to ...

Re: Z3 strange fuel mix(?) issue
Hi again,
I replaced the MAF, (or Luft, never understood the difference) tested it for like 200-300km and it seems to be solved now!
For the record, the only fault code the diagnostic got was "Lamda sensor needs adjustment" or something like that.

Thank's i will start from there. Most logical problem i think should be the wheel weights because the problem appears in the exact range 100-140 km/h. After 140kph car rolls smoothly..

Z3 vibrations
I have noticed a change of rolling quality recently, whole car and steering wheel vibrates especially in the range between 100-140 km/h and tyre pressures are dropping quite often. New tyres? Alloys needs fixing? Bushings? Car needs allignment?

Re: 17" wheels for Z3- what offset?
No, imo 8.5 at front needs something like ET41 as antm72 said. An 8.5 with ET35 for example would be rubbing the tire to the arches perhaps even with a 215 (that also depends on how lowered the car is). If you want to put 8.5J at front you should really choose ET40 Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk

Re: 17" wheels for Z3- what offset?
Standard offset is 41 front wheel a 7.5 j normally , you can stretch as far as an 8j front but not much lower than a 35 offset at this you may need to put a little stretch on the tyres. I run 7j all round with a 35 offset it is about 12mm further out but tyre tread still under the arch. The rear de...
