Just found out, Two more customers using the same courier are jumping up & down in temper. No contact with their goods.

Note.... Whats the point in getting stressed out about it. It all comes out in the wash.

THE COURIER was organized by ME through Shiply, they handle hundreds of Couriers each day. They came up with the best quote, Their feed back seemed ok. insured. they Collected the hard top from the seller . No problems. Supposed to deliver it to Weymouth within a couple of days. no delivery. Have Em...

Hi Gookah. Just had the New 2.2 drilled & grooved disc, Pads, Calipers, retaining clips, Hydrolic flexi pipes, pad wear sensors. Reconditioned caliper sliders fitted . All etch primed & bright red aliper paint. They work a treat ..... have to let them bed in. The 1.9 discs & pads that ca...

Did you use 1.9 or 2.2 hydraulic flexi hose when you did your front brake upgrade.

front disc brakes

Hi again,
Could any one tell me if I could use the double layer vented discs on the front of my 1998 1.9 instead of the single layer discs, with out any mods.

Iv just had all the bushes on my 1.9 changed for Poly ones, along with all of the ball joints. Its realy like driving a new car. Great fun Terry Ps, have put an on/off switch in the battery supply for the memory on the 7" touch screen ........................................... No more low/flat...

98 1.9 Z3 brake pipes

Can any body tell me what size the copper brake pipes be.
I have several rolls of Saville copper brake tubes. Seamless 22 gauge
O/D dia 3/16th inch - 4.76 mm
Wall thickness .028 - 0.71
max working pressure *3100 PSI - 214 BAR
Would it be ok to use.

Pair Gas Sports lowering Shock Absorbers for sale

Pair of Gas Sports Lowering shock absorbers for sale 1995 - 2002. used for under 150 miles from new, on my 98 1.9 Z3.
Too stiif for my disable spine, have replaced them with softer shocks.

Sorry mate twas i that won the beige cover £47 on Ebay. They do come up im told, but not often. Just keep on looking, and act straight away when you do find one.

On reflection, if i have to take it out for any reason, I will take the top down. Rather cramped working on it with top up, to say the least.

once the " plugs " are bolted for the correct hight, turrets and the rest of the bits fitted, i can leave it all alone. If i need to remove the deflector i just undo the big thumb nuts at each end & remove the deflector leaving the rest bolted up .

Took time finding where the screws were, took the storage box out, removed the turrets and found a BMW made injection moulded piece of polystrene. It came away in one piece with the plastic caps. Found the two Wind deflector " plugs " quite a sloppy fit, but made a tight fit when the two f...

Out of interest, Whats the two plastic bits super glued (one on each side on the top of the windsreen ) with a wire attached.
Thought it might be a low Gin sensor, bought a bottle but still cant sort out what they are for.

Thanks Rober T for the advice, The ignition & door key fit fine, it also fits into the boot lock ,but its sloppy ( faulty lock ) as you say. The storage box/glove box are no where near a fit so its been changed. Will have to get the two ft length of accumilated spare keys that nobody knows what ...
