Z4 UK Trim levels?

I've almost decided to just go buy a Z4 from a main dealer this year - a 2009/2010 probably.

But I'm totally confused by the trim levels.

Does anyone know what's the real difference please?

Re: Wanted: low mileage, full service history z3/z4 (minter!

Couple of quick questions please!:

1. Is it necessary or desirable to garage a Z4? If not what would you recommend to do to keep it in good shape?
2. Does anyone know the typical price/mileage of an inspection 2 service please? (Looking at a car that may need one soonish!)

I don't think I'm looking for full main dealer service but some of the ones I've seen have had every Tom, Dick and Harry have a pop at servicing them as and when! I guess it'll be a balance ultimately; cost vs quality!

Service intervals

I've done a bit of searching on here but can't find any absolute truths about servicing intervals on the Z4s. I've passed up a couple now on the basis of fairly sparse service histories: 10 year old cars with a service every 17k miles but 3 year gaps between services - my assumption being that the o...

Re: Wanted: low mileage, full service history z3/z4 (minter!

That is lovely. Quite tempting but I think I prefer the Z4 on balance and although I do like the Z3, I'd really struggle to justify spending £6k on a Z3/Z4 with that mileage. I'm not saying it's not worth it. (But I think I'm quite tight!)

Re: Newbie looking for Z3 or Z4

Any thoughts on this one please? Lowish mileage, well serviced - what's not to like for around £3k+. How much money can you lose on a car like that - very little risk. I'd get those wheels returned to silver though! :D Thanks for this. I just wonder if I should go £5-6k and go lower mileage etc.?

These are all Z3s - but I was beginning to lean towards the Z4 - am I missing some benefits to the Z3 though? Just personal taste. I don't like Z4s. I like Z3s. Blimey. That's special! Arguably a bit too special for me.

Money is probably more than I can really justify and I don't think I have enough self control/time to treat that car as well as it ought to be treated to retain the condition/value! I'd be scared to drive it anywhere too.
