Ade-g,

The 3.0 is limited to 155, but I was saying that I have had it up to 145. Would have continued to the limited speed but was too scared of being caught!! :)

As said before in a previous thread about the auto 3.0, it goes like stink when you drive it "properly". I have NEVER had any problems keeping up with the manual Zeds.

Mich, the 3.0 is definitely not limited to 128, at least not in the UK. I have had mine up to 145. I have had the ecu remapped and the speed limiter removed since then, hope to find out the true top speed in Germany. Will let you guys know....

I do not use my handbrake except when parked. I have never heard of people using the handbrake at lights etc until I moved here. I don't see it when I go to Europe, and I have lived in Australia and the US. Doesn't seem necessary to me and would keep me from moving quicky if I have to.

Hi Nicola,

I'm the one with the teflon coating on my car, I love it. I don't know if Supaguard is the same thing but I got TST Teflon put on by a TST installer. I just have to wash it and it is always very shiny. If you want the details send me a pm or e-mail.

I agree with everyone else that it is a bit much. If it was lowered to the boot lid it would look fine, especially if you got some larger wheels to balance the whole thing out.

Baby Radcliff has arrived!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Baby Radcliff has arrived, he was born on the 19th of December and we named him James Allen. He was 8 pounds 13 ounces and almost 21 inches long. Everyone is doing just fine and we hope to see all of our friends this coming year.....

I see Mr. Tim's point, what he is referring to is not poster content but homepage content, links etc which is webmaster controlled.

I would have to agree that their site is a bit more polished and has more features (i.e chat and shopping) which are easy to find....

My car is british spec and not the sport (I live in Ripon North Yorkshire), although I got some of the sport options separately. The booklet I got from my local british dealer for the 2002 Z3 model year shows DSC as standard for the 3.0. It may be that it wasn't for other years.
