If you take the door trim off you will see a stop bolt on the regulator with a plastic cover on it ,just screw the stop bolt in or out to control how far up or down the window will travel, I think the stop bolt has a Allen key end

The one i have fits a 1997-1998, if your car is later and you have the holes already in your trim fitted with rubber bungs you will need the later type, If you do have the holes already in the trim the brackets are probably fitted all you need is the deflector to slot in.
