I got one from halfords last year didn't scratch and was breathable not too expensive either lasted over winter in bad weather but you need extra tie downs to keep it in place if exposed

thanks I should have most tools after 40 years of playing with cars I'm lucky to have a twin arm car lift in my man shed so hopefully 2 days should have her back on the road I will have athe tracking done as I'm replacing the track arms as well

mine have just arrived including the steering rack ends ,any tips on roughly how long it takes to do both sides(how long is a piece of string) also any clue as to what are torque settings are

just re disovered what fun you can have on icy roads in a rear wheel that ,i have to drive on the country lanes arround where I live to get to work , theses z3's are very forgiving with plenty of warning if you try to push things too hard , but with 40 + years of driving I know how to drive on icy/s...

poped the bonnet open had a good look arround the fuse box all I could see was the injection system the windscreen bottle fills all the space at the back

which kidney pannel do you need as I have a pair left over from my re build one does have a small mark on the bottom chrome bit but untill I dig them out I can't say which one

you can always do what I did , make them your self, ok I haven't got the rear screen heater connection but using the centre vents clears it very quickly

after 5 months hiding in its cover hard top on all ready for winter , only trouble I loosened the 3 screws on the front latches to line it up guess what lost the t25 key that does them up got another some where too dark now
