Make sure when removing the threaded bars from the housing you count the turns as you remove them, If not re fitting will be a pain in the rear.

Thanks Maurice, we had a great day found some fantastic / interesting roads for the run there.
Had a wander round Brid with the obligatory Fish & Chips (Busy bees highly recommended)
Then a sprint home car now needing a clean ready for the next trip out

Got mine today as well! Great service. Haven't fitted them, but they look really good. What's the loose bulb holder in the pack for? Not sure not fitted to mine, must be for something fitted in another market? Old lights took some getting out been in there undisturbed for 17 years. Only held in by ...

New projector lights with Angel eyes also clear indicators and side repeaters added to newly sprayed bonnet and bumper. Hi each light needs its own transformer . A so called electrical engineer i know fitted some and the wiring still burned out . its best to buy new units with projection angel eyes already installed. Unbelievable Black wire on light goes to white wire on lead, black wire on lead goes to red wire on light.

Angel eyes

Having trouble with the angel eyes on my replacement headlights.

All works fine on the bench the Angel eye wiring spliced into the side lights. All wiring checked on the bench (Kitchen top) through the block connecter yet when put back on car side lights fine no Angel eyes.
Any ideas folks?

Thinking meeting up Castleton area on to Snake pass taking in the Cat and fiddle then making way back into Derbyshire, Bakewell, Chatsworth (great photo opportunities) then onto Matlock, with some diversions through the hills and villages of the Peaks. Hows that sound?

I had the same problem new when i bought the Z, tried to take the sensors out someone had tried and rounded the heads off, so temporarily took the fuse out 6 months ago car runs great passed a MOT, do intend to replace sensors but not top of the list. Car runs brakes and handles as good as anything ...

After much deliberation, just took delivery of pair of Angel high projector headlamps, clear side repeaters on their way. Unfortunately car returned to paint shop so be the weekend for fitting, Hopefully!

Its the future i8 stunning, did see a Tesla saloon yesterday at Yorkshire Sculpture park also looked the part at half the price. Still a petrol head but at least the styling is encouraging

Spent the last three days agonising over Angel eyes and clear indicator lenses when the Body work is complete.
Still not sure but leaning towards keeping the 17 year old zed closer to original, at least from the outside as possible?
