so you say £70 for each side plus a central coupler, does that mean it is in 3 parts ? with a join..
as if i was going to vinyl wrap it i would probably have a join in it ... i have a look on the weekend at other chrome surrounds to see how they are fitted...

good price on that... not sure my funds can stretch at the moment as have more pressing things to get done with mine but i will bear that in mind....
my local hydro graphics place are starting to do some chrome spraying soon so i will be watching them to see what the work is like...

Shame you didn't paint the calipers when you had them apart, good job to have given James. just a few tips on the calipers... i have done mine, its taken me almost 2 weeks... but hey no rush here... caliper holding bracket off, wire brushed in my pillar drill with all sorts of different shape wire ...

all nice and dry today, had to use the car, even in this weather, and not a drop of water on my shoulder.. I did notice a few spots, around the gear knob and, centre console... but realised that my daughter was doing some pretty heavy sneezing grrr hay fever... so give her a row for spreading germs ...

i removed the rear rubber seal and put it back on it seems to have fitted better now i wonder if its been off before i just keep an eye on it.. got some gummi pflege on order anyway.. to keep the rubbers all supple.... and removed the front seal by accident ... grrrrrrr

as topic says i got rain coming in and landing on my arm / shoulder i can see where it is coming in the hinged seal on the roof that seals on to the window glass, there is a slight gap it looks like its sealed but i can see a chink of light coming through any suggestions for the fix... maybe slide u...

i not sure my code reader will plug in i havent used it for a long time..,. and forgot how to even set it up.... i have to check i got an obd plug under my steering... if not i have to get one of those adaptor cables like you have...

Just curious here... i disconnected my battery last night as it was not put back in properly, and i needed to pull it out to get the clamp fitted properly... battery was off for about 5 mins. also the same day i pulled my throttle body off and cleaned my idle control valve and cleaned out my throttl...

Finally got round to fitting the post 2000 E46 style steering wheel I wanted on mine when I ordered it in 1999, it's in good condition but I'll use it as is for the rest of the season then give it the Royal treatment over the winter. whats the craic with the steering wheels, i see some with a small...

yep same here any polish that has a cutting effect will do.. Brasso, tcut, silvo, i dont know about autsol that may work too, and made much easier if you have a small mop on a drill... use some water too to cool it down and not melt the plastic... i did try some upvc cleaner that seems to get the ox...
