Hi Brewzer and welcome to the forum. I thought you were measuring some kind of monster truck at first - a Z3 with 1.8m diameter tyres! Then I read the critical word... circumference! So for the speedo in a Z3 to be accurate, taking my original 225/60 x 16's as standard, the circumference sho...

Long time since I visited Rhodes - lovely island though. I missed my Z when I was on Cyprus earlier in the year. There were some fantastic twisting moutain roads which it would have loved. 3 assorted Z3s in Alderley in the Hedge
Got stuck in a stoopid traffic jam yesterday waiting to get back onto the main road through Alderley Edge due to an idiot diversion round some roadworks in Wilmslow. Whilst queuing I saw two Z3's coming the other way: Red Z3, roof down (good man), gentleman driver - may have waved back, couldn't see...

Two silver Z3 on A556 and bonus parked silver Z3
Must have been "Silver Z3 Day" today. Three in an hour! I drove past an S reg silver Z3 parked on Regent road in Altrincham at about 4pm on my way out, and then on my way back just before 5pm I saw two silver Z3's going the other way on the A556 (towards M6) within a minute of one another....

It sounds like things have moved on since I last bought a car. These third-party warranties are just insurance policies, and as such have the usual cop out clauses to prevent the insurer having to pay out with any regularity. It used to be the case that the garage would guarantee the car for 6 or 12...

There is a thread on here discussing wind deflectors on a '98 here . Your deflector is shown here on RealOEM.com priced at $178.56. Silcone Spray/Silicone Dressing from Autosmart . Just did the plastic bits in my engine bay with it. The fan shroud was looking rather decrepid, but now it looks like new. Could be any number of things, from tyre noise to something worn or broken. A common problem I've had is the brake discs rusting whilst parked and the first couple of times you touch the brakes you get a rubbing noise. It could also be the handbrake rubbing, which is separate on these cars. I found ...

I keep seeing a silver Z3 around Knutsford (or possibly more than one).
