Re: Headlight Converter / France Trip
Mike, it's not a case of just being stroppy. My headlights were damaged by using converters. I'm just off to France again in a weeks time, and you can't blame me for being a bit worried about it. I've always complied with French regulations, but just would like to be sure that it won't happen again...

Re: Headlight Converter / France Trip
Be aware that the adhesive can react with your headlights and turn them cloudy. I fitted some cheapo deflectors some years ago and it ruined the headlights. Had a permanent shadow where they had been fixed. Now I only use the BMW ones and haven't had any problems with those. There are some tiny mark...

Re: Where to store z3 tonneau cover?
I've had 2 Zs for about 13 years in total and a tonneau cover with each. I think I've used them twice and my current one is stored in the garage on the top shelf where it belongs. I do agree that it tidies up the rear when in place but if it rains you'll be soaked before you get the roof up and if y...

The forum started around 1998/9 but was hacked several times.
In the start Tim Cullis was first member, I was second and Neil Robinson was third. But a lot of the early posts must have been lost. My own account vanished for several months and when resurrected I had to start from scratch again.
