I have got some of these on the front of my Z3 M and i think the grip from the front is awesome, I'm not too sure to get them on the back though, i need replacements soon so will have to think about it!

When i had my Z3M serviced at Sytner is an Inspection 2, and it came out at £1013 for all the work inc. rear discs and pads, it is a lot of money, I only done that due to the warranty i had with it.

Inspection 2's are the most expensive.
