I'm with Gookah on this one I agree. But I'm also not to fussed weather its on and M or not. He's clearly not trying to make his car look like an M. It actually looks smart. Would look better further back on the sill.

Funny you should mention that Dino i have in my possession a BMW prototype engine. An M62 twin turbo tuned by Cosworth. The same engines they eventually put in the Bentley arnage.

So watch this space.

Exactly, the only thing that worries me is why hide its history. I carried out a HPI check and VIN number check yesterday on this car all seems correct. Seeing as my M is white its not original unlike this one.

It does need alot of work but the perfect project.

That White Z3M is original, Its the only one in RHD in the UK the other 3 are LHD.

Bare in mind that white Z3M used to be supercharged in the past, also the seller has no service history and she's ropey round the edges. (Guages dont work,Currently flat battery, little rust)

Re: Lowering

The Z3M springs are different on the front compared to normal Z3 shocks, So you will need to change the shocks too. But the rears fit ok.

I went down the same path as you last year. In the end i settled for 35mm lowering springs which still have just enough space round the tyre.
