I would also check the integrity of the battery terminal connections in the boot. If us not the OEM battery, some replacements are not as tall. This can result in the battery hanging off the leads which rest on the boot floor causing them to loosen against the terminals. Sent from m'iPhone using Tap...

Canman’s Funeral - a Farewell Cruise

. Kevan's funeral will be held at 3:00pm on Friday 26 October 2012 in Rotherham Crematorium When I spoke to him last Saturday, Kev said that this should be a celebration of his life, not the mourning of his departure. He even specified a few rules: NO flowers - donations to mnda instead (see below)...

Hi Tez I think you are almost there but not quite. The direction in which you turn the key in the boot lock makes a difference. It's hard to imagine that there is a problem with the wiring as remote locking is being triggered by the key in the boot. This extract from the owners manual may help: To l...

Re: help f#####ing annoying and embarrasing! roof issue!

There are two possible causes that I can think of having had a similar experience which I detailed in a thread a few years ago. 1. There is a fractured wire between the roof microswitch and the terminal behind the passenger's shoulder. 2. Intermittent brake light switch failure. One or both of these...

The fact that you can get to operate the pump at the position in Pic #1 indicates that the hood microswitch has been by passed. As a result I suspect you have sprained or bent the mechanism at the ram side which is why it won't sit down properly in the folded position and what the microswitch interl...

Don't use a wire as you may puncture the rubber. Try the nozzle from a tin of WD40. Once it's clear a quick blast from a hose pipe usually keeps it free ;)
