I went without the adjuster and kept both spring pads in to give the height as you can see in my sig if that helps you :)

The camber isn't adjustable with the standard arms but when you lower the car the wheels will camber in by themselves anyway. If you don't mind going for smaller tyres I think you may be ok :wink: How wide are the wheels and what are they?

You can just do a straight swap, but would maybe be worth changing any worn bushes, or top mounts at the same time, plus tracking afterwards :)

Just to echo what others have said, they are a very tight fit. I over adjusted mine first time and then decided they were too loose so put the clips back to how they were and forced them in, been fine ever since.

They are OEM pads btw

Hi what coilovers did you fit?? Just cheap ones, they're a bit bouncy which is why I plan to upgrade to BCs at some point :-P I've just done this. Cheap coilovers are not worth it. The BCs were relatively cheap at under 700 from Corby Motorsports but miles ahead of the similar price FK Silverlines ...

i forgot to ask......what size tyres are you running on the 32s? also, do you know the offset of the fronts as the ones i have found are ET20 and 8" wide but i thought they would stick out of the arches? yours look to be flush with the edge of the arch. 195/40 on the front and 205/40 on the re...

can i ask what model the style 32s are from? i have 32s on mine but i am looking for wide rears like you have. are they 7 series by any chance? They're 17x8 and 9 from an E39 5-series, they have a slightly bigger centre bore so need spigot rings What are yours from if they're not staggered? mine is...

I'm sure you would have tried this but just on the off chance you haven't, get 1 person to pull up on the bonnet while the other is pulling the release handle. It might not have enough tension to pop it by itself but with a bit of extra force it might work

I assume it’s a post facelift, later 2.8 - nice car and a “keeper” in my view. That gear knob top insert is a non-standard addition; the original would have been plain black. The biggest problem with the crx's was rust.. Hence why not many on the road now.. Rust is one thing you don't have to worry about on the Zeds as there well built and have no 'major' rust issues. Plus most of the panels are bolt on so can easily be replaced if needed in the future. A good bonus to ...

The 2.8s were superseded by the 3.0 and the facelift shape came in around 1999/2000. The 2.8 ended around the same time and so there were a few facelift 2.8s, which had revised duel vanos engines ( like Hondas v-tec system ). Yeh, am I right in thinking the 2.8 was only available in the pre-facelift and the 3.0 only in the facelift? Roadster if it makes a difference?
