GUTTED! They have gone up in value about £3000-4000 since that time.

You dont buy a 2.2 Z3 to get down Santa Pod whip your willy out and compare pointless 1/4 mile times :D To be fair, you dont buy the 3.0 for that either, you really need the M :wink: With an autobox the 3.0i is not much quicker than a high performance 2.0 TD, and about comparable with the 180hp 120...

I'm not sure if I am confusing the M pack with the 'Sport' model but Sport models came with M steering wheel and gearknob, 17" sports wheels, sports seats, sport suspension and the 25% LSD.

Why only a 2.0? Not that there is anything wrong with them, but now that the cars are 8-10 years old there isn't much in it between a 1.9 and a 3.0 in terms of purchase price... Thanks very much to this forum I got all the info I needed to sort mine out today.

Inside of the bottle was like a fish pond!

Some bleach, washing up liquid, a paintbrush and about 20 mins of my time rinsing and they are as good as new.

picked car up last night, think the chrome gills quite suit it but will have a think over the next few days.

did a roll on in 4th gear on journey home with my 180hp 118d, there was nothing in it between the 3.0i and the 1er! Was a bit surprised to be honest :shock:

I drove the 2.5 and 3.0 back to back in the USA, there wasnt much in it. IIRC it is the 192hp 2.5 in the USDM car, as opposed to the 170hp version.
