I had a 2.0 and delighted in every minute of ownership--silky smooth 6 pot engine and a lovely exhaust note.
The 1.9s are more economical for the same sort of performance.
I'd have another 2.0 in a heartbeat, but just drive both and see which one you like best.

Hi guys Yeah...I have used autoglym kit numerous times over the years and the BMW stuff as well. These cleaners are good. I've tried the jet wash, and the brushing and the hoovering yadda, yadda, yadda too... :D I thought steam cleaning would damage the fabric and possibly canvas adhesion to the sof...

An enthusiast will always know an ///M from the rest of the Zed lineup anyway, its not only dependant on the boot badge. There are all the other styling differences too. But at the end of the day, it's your car, so stick on whatever badge you wish. Do what you want to it, just don't do the the vuitt...

IMO the Z3 needs a strut brace to get rid of scuttle shake. BMW realised this and therefore ensured the Z4 came with one fitted. A butt strut will only stiffen car yet further BUT a body brace is simply too stiff for everyday use, unless you are going to track the car. Replacing the bushes at the fr...

Mine was a facelift S50 so thats what I'm comparing against. The roof lining did make a difference on the late S50's buts its more than that. Its hard to put in words as on the face of it the interior parts are the same but they just feel better quality on the S54 and better put together even down ...

Hi guys Can I have some information/ photos please to see where the hardtop HRW switch is mounted on a 98 S50? I thought it went behind the gearstick but all the blanks are used (2 for heated seats, 1 for air con, 1 for electric roof and other for alarm) and AFAIK it doesn't go between the rear seat...
