Yep the same wheel. You can either exchange your wheel or they can send you a wheel at your cost to use whilst yours is being done. I believe they thicken it slightly, but agreed they look much improved. I had my centre console covered in genuine alcantara, and the tabs of my old wheel before I chos...

I can personally recommend 'leathercaredirect' in Warrington. They refurbished a pair of beige sports seats that I put in my Z3 1.9. 47000 so not too high. It's just a personal choice, I like as low mileage as possible as well as mint condition. But I'm afraid there are not many about that tick both boxes :( Mileage is a weird thing as fundamentally we all bought our cars to drive, I dread going through 50k more than I do hittin...

My mate who I bought the Z from is obsessed with buying low mileage minters :) he does very few miles and so he's able to sell them on still with low miles. The ///M does look a nice example for the money and realistically it depends on your mileage and plans, if you're doing low miles it won't jump...

The whole console will need to come out for you to unscrew the hockey sticks :(
Once you've removed the centre console it's a relatively easy job to dismantle it :D

Roof down,the foam parts from memory have a plastic part stuck to them which locate on a lug. I think it was wiggle and tug but you have to be really careful that you don't rip the foam from the plasticky part. There might be an easier way!

The foamy trim will need removing which sits either side of the hoops, when I fitted mine I uncoupled the hydraulic ram from the ball joint( if you've got an electric hood) as it allowed more access. Only my opinion but I think there are far more nice z3's than z4's :oops: it's that thing that you can't quantify. I see a Z3 on the road and it brings a smile to my face regardless of condition(ish) I see a 4 it's just not the same.
