That looks awesome! Sadly Youtube is blocked in work, will have to watch those later!

The graphs show a great increase in your spec over standard, is it the cams that are causing the flat spot between 2500-3500rpm?

Very smart.... Nice professional job, is fitting the carbon fiber an difficult job? Thanks guys, the work was carried out by a friend I met through the E36 community with my previous car. He's utterly mastered the art of carbon wrapping, many have tried to do similar efforts but from their comments...

Lovely car, although I have always stayed away from any car that is left dirty when photographed for a sale advert. I believe a car should be it's cleanest if the seller is serious about selling it, if an advert shows otherwise, I can't help but think the owner doesn't truely care for the car; which...

BMW's are prone for carbon build up around the outer bore of the throttle body; it's an easy fix! Remove your AFM (air flow meter) and the L-pipe that runs to the throttle body. Pull the cable beneath the throttle body to open it fully, apply WD40 to a cloth and rub inside the throttle body and down...

I've only been a Z owner for 1 week now, so my advice is pretty basic... but I'd initially recommend carrying out a HPI check, this is £20 from the official HPI site although RAC online run a similar check for just £5. Following that, if it appears a clean car, when viewing ensure that you check the...

Saltash, Cornwall... not a million miles away from Minehead... there are occasional dartmoor meets that bring together E30/E36/8-series owners etc, if we struggle to find Z3 numbers I'm sure we could tag along to their next meet! I've been to a fair few in the past!

Looks very nice. One suggestion though, dont mix brand of tyres. Get a set of eagle f1's on the front as well as the rears, and you'll have no probs. Having had mixed brands of tyres on my last Z, I can tell you that you don't want yours to end up the same  Very nice example :) You're right, ...

I'm not too worried about them tbh, I checked them after reading your first comment... I guess I must've knocked them when applying shampoo/conditioner to the leather earlier this afternoon! Nice work dude,

I really like that...! Only problem is, I'm hung up on getting another set of 3-pc splits... I wish I'd kept my previous build when I sold my E36!

How do 19"s hang on a Z3, is that likely to cause issues?

Pic Request...Alpina Dynamic wheels on Z3

All,

Has anyone seen a set of Alpina Dynamic wheels fitted to a Z3? I've tried searching google but I can only find the Alpina Z8...

Image

I can't help but love the thought of 19" Dynamics on a black Z3 8-)

Tonneau Cover fitment...

Hi all,

Apologies if this has already been covered, I did run a search but didn't find the answer I was looking for!

I'm looking to buy a black tonneau cover, should I ensure that the cover is specific to facelift models or are they all one of the same regardless of age?

Thanks in advance,

Chris

I just purchased a '00 (W) Z3 2.0 individual with a great spec and only 62k for £6400.

As I don't collect the car till Saturday 5th, I can't check under the bonnet for any signs of 'Individual'. I'm sure it's not an actual individual model such as the Kyalami but according to BMW it has individual spec'd upholstory and a load of optional extras.

3rd car, 2nd BMW, 1st Z3

Hiya guys, I'm sure you get tired of reading these posts day in and day out, so I'll keep it short! I have just sold my 3-series coupe , I was looking at either a 330ci, S3, TT and Z3... after a while I discarded the Audi's in favour of the BMW options. Today I took my first viewing of a Z3, a few h...
