Well I've now got an outdoor tap at home, that's a bonus, so I washed the cars today. I gave it a good going over and actually cleaned and protected the hood, which is something I'd planned on doing it since I got it  http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p177/maximilianwettern/Z3/IMG00017-2010051...

Not much of an update held a mini-meet at mine the other day for some mates from e36coupe. Mostly it was to nudge them into helping me put the intake plenum back on the M3, but I let Daz and Steve out in the Z today, it looked funny! http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p177/maximilianwettern/Z3...

If you want to call Bluebell BMW in Crewe (Google), ask for Carl or Dave and tell them Max sent you. He'll be able to get them for you and he'll happily post them too. They're good lads.

Nonono, BMW completely pulled out of the team last year, Sauber had already registered themselves as "BMW Sauber" by that point and decided to stick with it. To be honest, with results like that, I'd rather not see the name in F1 at all - it's not them and the car their name is on is, at t...

You know there's nothing BMW about the BMW cars, bar the name...?

Well done Lewis, unlucky Seb but to be honest after the first race of last season when he took a proper BMW car out and then limped around with three wheels crying into his team radio I've not really liked him.

Gotta say, unless you want to keep the service book fully stamped up, that the M52 is one of the easiest engines to service in history. Most BM boxes are "sealed for life", take that as you will. I've had the oil changed on mine before, I got the fluids from BMW and had a specialist did it, as it's not something I'd really fancy doing myself :)

Off the top of my head I wouldn't of thought so as at the very least the spring rates would be wrong.

If I remember correctly the Z3 has e30 rear suspension, and pretty much e36 front.

Personally I'd want springs tuned for the right car, so I'd stick with what was intended for my car :)

Hi everyone, I'm Max, one or two of you may know me from e36coupe. Just bought a little 1.9 to replace the Saxo as a daily driver, it's a much nicer place to sit! I was just going to look for a 318iS e36 or something, but when I saw the Z... I thought screw the hairdresser jokes - I wanted it!...
