We had an annual Z event in the Lake District in the early years and did those passes every time. I think 22 Zs was the most we had on the drive. Anyone else remember these weekends?

Mike, it's not a case of just being stroppy. My headlights were damaged by using converters. I'm just off to France again in a weeks time, and you can't blame me for being a bit worried about it. I've always complied with French regulations, but just would like to be sure that it won't happen again...

Be aware that the adhesive can react with your headlights and turn them cloudy. I fitted some cheapo deflectors some years ago and it ruined the headlights. Had a permanent shadow where they had been fixed. Now I only use the BMW ones and haven't had any problems with those. There are some tiny mark...

We are staying at The Royal Chase Hotel near Shaftsbury.

We've booked into the Royal Chase Hotel at Shaftsbury as its close to Stourhead where we will be on Friday. The forum started around 1998/9 but was hacked several times.
In the start Tim Cullis was first member, I was second and Neil Robinson was third. But a lot of the early posts must have been lost. My own account vanished for several months and when resurrected I had to start from scratch again.

If it's Snatch's car the boot spoiler does work - not cosmetically - but it gave it some downforce to keep the car stable.

Could the radio display be down to condensation or damp. Mine does the same thing on one particular character on the display but once the car has warmed up, literally, it corrects itself. The car goes out infrequently and is kept outside so to see if I can prevent this I've put one of those moisture...

With a little negotiating input from someone on here I've had mine done at Rimstock. Collected today after just over 3 weeks away and I'm very happy with them. Shadow chrome has come out better than I thought it would.

There is a big difference between an M, whether S50 or S54 and a 3 litre M sport model. Make sure you know exactly what you want before looking hard for the car you desire. S54 Ms are very rare only 73 out there in RHD S50s a few more around but no traction control and a totally different engine. 3 ...

The Alpina guys use Lepsons and swear by them. Its a long way to go though!
I also think you get what you pay for so I'm still interested in seeing what arrangement might be made for 2 cars.

I have shadow chrome rims on my car and they need refurbing. I live in Solihull so Rimstock would be convenient if they are any good. May I ask what quote you have from them and it would be interesting to hear if they would do a discount on 2 cars.
