theres rust on the 90 degree vertical lip lower edges on either end, they would need chopping off and sorting somehow.
thats the only place they've gone.

2 and a half years since its last oil change. Yearly at the very least. The low mileage makes it worse as your oil is holding the water of 2 1/2 years condensation cycles with the engine probably never run long enough at temperature to evaporate the suspended water. Thank you for your reply Del. for some strange reason i didn't receive an emissions print out with this MOT like I did last year. I remember looking at the screen and watching in anticipation for the values to turn green. I'm pretty sure HC was the real problem but i know CO just scraped through too...

Well I'm completely Confuddled! :puzzle: I changed my steering wheel today and during the process I removed the lower half of the plastic steering cowl, I saw 1x screw underneath, unscrewed it, unclipped the lower half of the cowl, proceeded to unplug the connectors, replace wheel etc....... anyhow ...

There is a long "rod" with two marks on it attached to the underside of the PS reservoir Lid, these marks represent MIN & MAX. Unscrew the lid, wipe down the "rod" (dipstick) with a cloth, fasten the lid on and off again and check the level on the dipstick. The PS Fluid level...

Cheers Barry, from memory I don't think there is much plastic to self tap, I might use speed fasteners on the rear, although saying this I've not looked at the 'ol Z recently as its tucked away in bed, but i might be able to screw the Ball studs into the MDF speaker pods, now that will be a result :)
