Tony's got a non Z3 friend and missus staying at the hotel but going to santa pod and would like them to join us at the meal if possible, so +2 more.

Hello all

Spoke to the restaurant last night, they can guarantee a table for 14 people only. Table booded not for 8.30pm but for 9pm. Hope it is not too late.
Table booked under my surname, "Giampietro". I suggest the people staying at the Premier Inn hotel call the hotel and see if they can book separate tables. They said usually them don't do group bookings and mine was an exception sorry tried to persuade but could not do more than that. Perhaps my redzed could interviene being the Z organiser??

spoke to Barbie princess today and she won't be joining us for the cruise down from the north as she only lands from holiday that morning but will meet us all at the Hotel around 6 or 7 pm if she can find it

so think thats 5 for the cruise down . Rob ( w4tkins ) has done a recci on a good route down , cant wait

I sent out the first batch of tickets and stand passes today by 'signed for' delivery. If you're one of the first 21 names on the initial post on this thread then you should get your tickets within the next day or so. I'm expecting the remaining tickets & passes this week so these should go out at the weekend.

Waaaay too late in the day, as usual, but any chance of crashing this and getting into the Z bit? Just want to run the strip again, but happy to have people point & laugh (hopefully at the hairdressers car, rather than me).

If so, I'll see if I can get a leave pass. Really enjoyed this a couple of years ago with Topfuelking & Snatch with the LS3 MZ3 (Hi Marc & Rich).

I don't want to get lost or be late, have read about their warning on satnav problems nearing the venue, never being around there... HELP!

think we need to leave around 7.00/7.15 am sunday morning .
thanks for booking the table and shame your going to miss out , will have to make a note of the booking name as i dont think i'll remember it after a few cheeky beers in wellingborough early evening.

We don't have to be there by 8am, the organisers are recommending that based on the numbers they've got. Last year I arrived around 8:30 and it was fine. This year I'm planning to get there around 7:45. If the Premier Inn posse can arrive at around the same time then that's great - if it's too difficult to get out of bed and you arrive a little later then that's ok too. Probably best if you agree a leaving time when you meet up at the pub and then give Cathia a call to let her know what time you will all leave the Premier Inn

Well I am pleased I got tickets (thanks Indizee) but I have just realised what time I will have to set off on Sunday morning to get down there for around 8.00am

Oh well, should be a great day though.

For those that want to meet up prior to the show and arrive at Santa Pod in convoy we will form up here at 7:30am
We'll be leaving Podington at 7:45am sharp so don't be late if you want to tag along.
