Just throwing a trip or 2 out there:

We normally have a week away in a cottage or cabin early in the year but thinking of something different next year and we won't be in the Z as provisionally sold today so we will be in the TT!

Trip 1:
Friday night to folkestone

Early ferry to Dunkerque and off to Stuttgart for Saturday night and Sunday visiting the Porsche museum

Onto the Stelvios Pass (if its open due to snow) and finishing at Modena on
Monday evening, Tuesday/Wednesday visiting a few museums Ferrari/Lamborghini

Thursday to Monaco for a night

Friday head for home with a stop on the way

If anyone else fancies it let me know, it won't be cheap and it will probably be the best part of 3000 miles but hey we only live once.

Trip 2:
Folkstone Friday night

Sat early crossing then onto the Nurburging for Sunday/Monday

Onto Stuttgart for a trip to the Porsche/VW museum on Tuesday/Wednesday

Thursday/Friday to be sorted out

We will be going on 1 of the routes so again if anyone fancies it let me know.

It will probably be the last week in March (fri 23rd)

Both look cracking trips, however if you're in Stuttgart the Mercedes museum is well worth a visit.
I've not yet visited the new Porsche museum but have a trip planned for the end of April.
Not sure if the Stelvio is open in March? I personally didn't think it was a very good drive but appreciate the tourist draw it has after seeing the view from the top. But not the best driving road for sure.

Stevlio will definately be shut. It was shut when I went at the end of May last year.

I managed to get to 1900 metres on the Italian side, but no further  .

It was interesting enough in a Smart car on an empty road. God knows what it would be like with traffic.
