WARNING: There is some swearing on the video

This one isn't blocked in 237 countries, just the one (Germany). As John Motson once said about the Germans, who cares?

Just to add to this....

8 days in total door to door
Air-bag now on light
Front bumper filled with stone chip measles
Chipped windscreen
Cut forehead from another rogue stone
2,796 miles in total
523.28 litres of full fat fuel = 115.11 gallons

....thats £626.73 of fuel..
....at an average of 24.29 mpg

...not quite as clean as she once was. Show and Shine this

I've not added up the cost in fuel, etc. Too scared :bawl: .

I've just spent $210 on a vanos kit from the US and £92.46 on vanos bits from Sytner's. All the parts are here now, so I can start the work :rtm: :shake: .

I only did 2786 miles door-to-door.

Have you found the county that we missed? There are 87, we did 85. We knew that we would be missing City of London, but there is another that we missed. I feel a right tit for missing it as well  .

No need to panic, as we did it on the way home. City of Bristol. M5 Jct 18 is in the City of Bristol.

I didn't realise that was a county (not London)... but as you say we did it on the way home....

Thanks for the video Pingu its a good job well done. A good record of the week and giving nothing away of some of the stunts we pulled

It was a week of adventure and fun, highly enjoyable evidenced by the sad feeling after it came to an end on the Friday. I know Bert felt the same. Hope we can do another epic trip next year somewhere.

My car went really well for the whole week so very happy with that. Prep started for me at Christmas time with engine out to fix a few problems with the V8 installation. It was trouble free for the 2770 miles covered so I very happy everything is sorted. I just have a few stone chips and two bald rear tyres so came out of it better than Pingu and Bert.

As well as many of the sights seen in the videos I particularly enjoyed the drive up to Inverness, for me via Glencoe. I gave the car a very good workout! On the Saturday we did a run prior to the main event with route via Inverness - Ullapool - Durness - Strathy - Helmsdale. If any of you get the chance to do the Ullapool to Durness route its possibly the best road in the UK. Amazing scenery, smooth twisty roads, no traffic and no police. What more do you need? I attach a few pics from my week for the record. See you next time 8-)

My car on the way up whilst it was still half clean

We had a beach stop at the top of the country. The coldest spot of the whole week I think
