Got Round To Wiring The 'Remote Turn-On' Wire

Post by Straight_Six »

after forgetting all about connecting the 'remote turn on' wire to my bmw harness from my alpine head unit a few week back, i took 10 minutes out to plug the blue and white wire into the blue wire labelled 'remote' in the harness.......

still no joy from the footwell speakers :( so dont know what to do now?! has anybody else got a Alpine Head unit and got there footwell speakers to work?

Ive got an Alpine headunit.. a CDA-9851R. Its wired up to the front speakers OK via a ISO adaptor, just had to remove the amp attached to the front passanger footwell speaker because it wasn't working.

Just used this guide to by pass my LH foot well speaker relay that was acting up, awesome, I'd have been well stuffed without this.
