Does anyone know if this Rover unit will talk to my oem cd multichanger and HK speaker/amp upgrage?

Is the //M logo to cover the Rover logo one from a wheel or steering wheel?

It will talk to the HK speaker setup just fine, but not the changer. The single CD head units are iBus and the changer isn't i am afraid.

Yes, but you need to find a cable. The internal wiring in your car will be wrong and you will need a new cable to go from the head unit to the DICE. Part FWG506 - http://www.auto-connect.co.uk/BMW.html
