Shame your selling Darren. Dont forget to tell the buyer all about zroadster.

Price seems about right to me. :thumb:

Thanks Deano.

Sad indeed

Not even managed to get on a cruise!

I hope to be back one day with another zed M but i guess it will a couple of years or more

:head:

Had a call today, Very keen, been looking for the "right one" for 8 months!
he has asked if i will take it to BMW for an inspection / look over which he will pay for.

Bit nervous, but i have nothing to hide - if there is anything a miss its not something i already know about, other than A bit of Vanos growl which my Indi said was no problem.

So it will either be all good (fingers crossed) or at worst i will know every thing and anything that could be an issue and take it from there.

As i say nothing to hide, so nothing to worry about. :thumb:

I have taken her into Castle BMW today for her inspection.

Mixed opinion on customer service - that's another story.

List of faults :-

Front Lower arm bushes split.
Rear brake pads low. 1mm to sensor.
Small crack in front bumper. - I cant see it, feel or anything but BMW says... so it must be right :P
OSF TCA has play in it
OSF lamp has condensation
Vanos noisy but not excessive.

Now the picky faults.
Roof all ok but rear screen marked (fold mark)
All indicator bulbs are a bit white!
Tyre inflator bottle needs recharging. ( i told them about this before the inspection, they said they would recharge it for about £ 20 but did not have it in stock!)

Otherwise General comment was 'a good clean example for the year'

So the guy is still interested and is coming to view and hopefully buy on sat'd all being well. He would like to have an adjustment on price to reflect the work required.

Will be phoning the Indy tomorrow to get an idea on cost.
Out of interest anyone got an idea how much the bushes and TCA (Tracking? control arm) are?

Shame the weather is so poor for possibly my last days with her!

Glad you sold it with no problems. I remember selling my last one, was so important I sold it to somone who could love it and look after it properly. Luckily I got a great buyer also :)
