OEM are nearly non existent, Ebay items are around £250 for the kit.

May be I am a bit stupid but why would you leave the fitting kit on the car
it takes only 10 minutes to take the two brackets off.

She is restricting her possible sale base by not having the kit available with the hardtop.

Got to say - that's the reason i haven't bid for it.

If the fixing kit came with it, i'd be making Shabs an offer.

I was the highest bidder but no point going any higher due to the cost of the fitting kit,one went for 400 all in Sunday,missed it :(

what does the kit consist of ? i bought my z a couple of months ago and the owner had a hard top for it but wanted silly money , just wondered if mine might have the fittings left on ?

if you car has the fitting kit there should be a "swivel" cover on each side which swing out of the way to reveal a hole into which the hardtop connects to the fitting kit brackets.

My car had the fitting kit installed but I did not realise this until after I had bought it :D

thanks for the info m8 :) im sure mine has those brackets but is missing the swivel covers , i have put the roof cover on now but will have a look in the morning .

OMG that is way to cheap!!! It wasn't that long ago I was bidding £700+ if it had the fitting kit and that was in a totally different colour too :shock:
Some were reaching £900+ :shock:
