I've always liked these but not enough to pay £160 for them, however if you get really desperate to sell, can't sell them anywhere else and the price drops to £50 drop me a PM.

I don't even understand why these "fins" are there.
Purpose wise, they don't do anything.
And it's simple fixed to the rest of the bonnet.
Why making a separate piece of it and not incorporate it directly in the bonnet?

Yepp they do ziltch as there is nothing behind the gills, however personally they make the Z3 and a great design feature, BMW have tentatively brought back something similar styling wise recently on the E89 LCI for the indicator housing which is an improvement so bought a pair and fitted them last year,

You are right, they serve no useful purpose. I suspect they are just a "designer feature" to copy the BMW 508 which was popular in the US - I think Elvis had one! :D 8-)

And yet everyone wants them :D

I think the gills in general are a nice feature though compared to if nothing was there at all? :?: The Z3 has a classic feel to it as well now so something like this suits it well. I can see why they moved it away from the modern version however.

No roundels.. but you can use the ones from your existing ones as far as I know.

All the chrome bits are included.
