And yes i can post the centre air vent to you Alan. For posting cost, what would you say would be a reasonable price 2nd class. Packaging i have alot of.
And is the 2.8 donor vehicle a facelift car (ie March 99 onwards) If so I may be interested in the rear arch liners if they are in good condition with no cracks / damage and if we can arrange sending by post?

hello alan, sorry some time in replying. Yes £10 would be fine for postage.
The car was built 10/03/1999 so im unsure if it was a facelift or not. I can take another look at them to make sure there are no cracks etc etc. as for posting them, my thoughts would be on how to package them? some heavy duty bin liners and lots of tape? I could also box up and tape the centre vent inside one of the arch liners aswel? Ill get a quote for you. Im going to ask Paisley Freight as there prices seem reasonable with other car items.

Looking at the reg (V plate) it should be a facelift body but the way to check is by the rear light clusters, here is a photo which clearly shows the difference in the light clusters, the yellow car on the left is pre-facelift and the black car on the right is facelift. Does that shed any light on it?

I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..
Unusual, yes, but just means that it wasn't registered until V-plates came out. We have seen 53 plates on here as well (production had ceased by then). The important date is that given on the sticker on one of the suspension strut towers under the bonnet.

Okay, I can see now from the rear that's a pre-faceliftcar and I understand that therefore the rear arches are a different shape from facelift cars so it would probably follow that the arch liners wont fit. So will just take the vents if that's okay so if you pm me the name and address to send payment, many thanks.

Or to put it a different way, only the pre-facelift narrowbody 1.9 (and 1.8 in some countries) have a different liner.
This figures as the facelift is essentially the same chassis, with same front end, but different rear wings and boot lid - the other changes mainly relate to the electronics/electrics with different wiring connectors etc.
