Site downtime

Post by Robert T »

The site went down briefly at 19:18 this evening and came back 19:50. I am currently investigating why this occurred, but I can see that the server has been rebooted. I will also be adding to my monitoring, as I should be getting emails when the site is unreachable for more than 5 minutes. Apologies for the outage.

Cheers R.

Apparently there was an issue with the physical machine that hosts our server and their monitoring picked it up. The issue that caused it has supposedly been resolved, so shouldn't happen again.
