Advice please thinking of fitting an Air Induction kit what do you lot think will it give a better sound will it improve performance or is it a waste of time, what is the best kit? are they easy to fit have you any pic's will be fitted to a 2.8 1998 mod(just can't stop playing with her)

I have this fitted to my 2.0, which I think is the same layout as the 2.8 (it lists it as fitting both anyway). It makes a nicer sound and the engine breathes a bit better but performance wise I wouldn't hold your breath would probably need a heat shield as well to stop it sucking in the warm air from the engine for greater benefit.
Fitting is literally a 10 minute job, a couple of screws and that's about it

Do a search under the "Stock Exchange" for CAI (Cold Air Intake") and also under Simota.... I did post a name of an out fit in the USA that do car parts. They had the Simota's listed at around $70 - $80 ex shipping. which is a hugely good price.
