Hi All
Basicly im looking to buy a de cat mid pipe for the Z3.
This would be with a standard exhaust.
Has anyone else done this, if so..
Does it sound nice? I want some more sound but not horribly over raspy as im aware a de cat mid can potentially do this.
Is it louder? I dont want unbareably loud however as with the roof down it will be annoying as hell!
Any noticeable power diferences?
Cheers for the help guys!

MOT fail according to my local garage.
Re: De Cat Mid Pipe
I've heard an ///M with decat pipes and a sports exhaust, it was louder.
You could always swop over pipes for the MoT

I have a decat pipe on my 1.9
There is an irritating noise between 3000 and 4000 rpm. Probably some sort of resonator would kill it...
Apart from that it is fine..
