have been toying with the idea of a stainless exhaust this summer, bit better sounding and maybe a few more bhp? then I looked on ebay and saw the price

can this be right? 2G's for a full exhaust? its a Z3 not a Maybach!!! any one know of any cheaper alternatives? Was thinking £4-500?

I've seen that firm doing initial auctions and then conventional sales (of that product) for around £200. At £1990 it would be ridiculous and about 3 X times the BMW OE price -it must either be a mistake or sellers in China getting confused with our currency . The shape of the pipework looks a bit generic to me. A quality cat back 1.9 SS exhaust would be around £350.

If I'm interested in the item I always contact seller to confirm the ridiculous price

Sometimes firms put what would seem to be ridiculous prices when they don't have the item in stock. It keeps the auction listing "live" as they are unlikely to sell at that price and saves them having to go through all the setting up of the advert when they are back in stock - they just alter the price.

Cobra do a good SS cat back system. i have one of their systems on my Impreza and they are great quality and sound great too.
i think they are approx £350 for the 1.9 Z3.
