Inspection II

I think I may have the dreaded inspection II coming up soon, any one have any ideas of what to expect? All advice greatly appreciated.

had mine (2.8) done in sept
InspII £130
Oil filter £6
sprk plugs £40
air filter £16
screen wash £2
Magnatec oil £16

approx £210 all in with the additions of :

Brake fluid change £24
coolant change £27

S1 AVV, that's an excellent price. I had the same (+ fuel filter) and it was £530. Mine was done at Bridgegate, Derby last March. Was yours maindealer, or independant?

That does seem like a bargain! I'd love to know who did it at that price.

Mine's just had an oil change, but I think the next one is the Inspection II

Shop around for prices. An Oil Service for Charlotte varied by £100!! (Sewells Stortford v Altwood Tring)

That oil looks very cheap -- is it fully synthetic?

that's at BMW Calterdon's, Inverness (Main Dealer)
didn't ask about the oil, and it doesn't say what type on the invoice sheet

, VAT @£55.90 to be added, still cheap though
