North East stainless exhaust welding and fitting

Hi all

Managed to secure an exhaust for the M. The only issue is that the flanges have been cut off.

So I'm looking for a welder in the North East who can put some flanges back on and fit the exhaust. Does anyone know of any decent places?

Also, it appears from the images that this is a decat system. Has anyone run decat before? Do you think I would be better off cutting and fitting post cat?

You will fail MOT with no cat so fitting as-is it would have to be swapped out each year to get it through. Decat is noiser and maybe a bit more powerful.
