Why does mineral water that takes a 1000 years to flow up through the earth, have a sell by date on the bottle?
Not just sure what you are after, but if you want to know something about the history of our cars, then BMW Z Cars by James Taylor and published by www.veloce.co.uk is quite a nice book.
Can't find it on the publishers site, so assume it is out of print - I picked mine up at a car show for £14 - Amazon have it listed here.
Cheers R.

I've got three titles that are quite good:-
1) BMW Z Series - The Complete Story by Mick Walker.
2) BMW Z3 M Coupes & Roadsters Gold Portfolio by Brooklands Books.
3) BMW Z3 & Z3M Brooklands Road Tests by Brooklands Books.
Mick Walker is a Z3 owner driver. His book covers the history of all of the Z's. The other two books are basically reprints of roadtests.

Just one mistake that I picked up in James Taylor's book - he says that the Double VANOS 2.8 engine was introduced with the 'facelift' models (i.e. 2000 model year), when in fact it had already been introduced in the later versions of the pre-facelift 2.8s (mine included).Robert T wrote:Not just sure what you are after, but if you want to know something about the history of our cars, then BMW Z Cars by James Taylor and published by www.veloce.co.uk is quite a nice book.
I've also got Mick Walker's book.
Re: Books on the Z3
Hi,
I have a good quality second hand book called BMW Z by James Taylor. If you look up an earlier post below you will see that it is advertised on Amazon. It is a post oy Robert T.
I would like to sell having read it a few times and would want £20 plus postage which according to Amazon is £4.75. It is an eccellent book and very informative. There is a small mark on page 100 but this does not affect the read etc.
Thanks.
